    This idea isn't as stupid as it seems. Not all of us can afford a 2000 dollar camera. Cheaper cameras usually have about 3-10x optical zooms... This guy is rather creative than stupid. Yes, he probably won't get a crystal clear HD photo, but it's still better than nothing.

    Upon seeing this photo, NASA scientists realized that they wasted billions of dollars by launching the Hubble Telescope when they could have gotten the same results with tape and a few hundred binoculars.
