Actually it is fairly common in FireFox. It has a tendency to not release resources, even when you close tabs. Also, it depends on what pages you're loading. Anyway, I see this all the time. IE would have FAIL'ed under that load though.

A few videos and several tabs in FireFox and nothing complex loaded on PS will often do that. I'm confused at where the failure is.
