The orange diamond states that it contains explosive hazards. The item being carried is not a bomb or a nuke, it's a dispenser. It carries a payload and that payload needs to be ejected before even getting the chance to arm. The dispenser could have dropped from a plane with 0 hazard if the payload never released, allowing the forces necessary to arm. Chances are it contains a blu-something or other. YouTube/Google it. Good stuff.
